WHY YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN HOMEMADE JELLY

Those little cute jelly shots that you see when you shop – do you think they add natural fruits to them? Nothing can be farther from the truth.

They are loaded with artificial colors and preservatives that we have no idea what they are doing to us.

Truth is, we shop for something else and they keep the jelly everywhere that our hands cannot stop itself from grabbing them!

If we need them so badly, why not make it ourselves? It is so easy and joy to make the jelly it almost becomes a habit!

KIDS FRIENDLY HOMEMADE MANGO JELLIES – A HIT IN BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Yep, and this is the real deal! Kids are super fond of jellies that they start gobbling them when they see one.

And they never stop at one.

So instead of buying one, how about making real fruit jellies at home and getting some honors 🙂

This is super easy to make and imagine making these at a birthday party! The kids will go wild and appreciate a lot 🙂

WHAT KIND OF MANGO JELLY RECIPE IS THIS

This is very important. There are many ways in which a mango jelly recipe can be prepared.

Typically any jelly is made using Gelatin. But this recipe uses China Grass (Agar Agar), which is an alternative to Gelatin.

Why gelatin is not suitable for vegetarians?

  • Simple – Gelatin is not vegan. Typically gelatin is obtained from the meat of cows or pigs.
  • Read a nice article on what is gelatin made of here.

What is the substitute for Gelatin?

  • China Grass or Agar Agar. This acts nicely as a substitute and is completely vegan!
