  1. Ingredients for Mango Ice-cream recipe - very simple. A ripe mango, condensed milk (which you can prepare at home using the link provided) and some fresh cream to prepare thick whipping cream.

  2. Make the mango puree from the mango by simple taking the mango pulp and blending it. Taste the mango now to check the sweetness. If it is sweet, fine then, but if it is not very sweet, you can add some sugar to increase sweetness to the ice-cream.

  4. Once whipping cream is ready add condensed milk to this and mix well. Do your own Sweetened Condensed Milk recipe. If you are unable to do, you can buy from your nearby store.

  6. Now add a pinch of yellow permitted food color and a pinch of orange food color. This is mainly to add that color texture to the ice-cream and is optional.

  7. Now the Base Ice Cream is ready. Pour this into an air tight container and keep it in freezer 9 to 10 hours/Over night. If you do not have an air tight container, you can also use aluminum foil to cover and freeze it.

  8. After 10 hours, remove from freezer, you will notice the ice-cream would have formed very well. Allow couple of minutes so that you can scoop easily.
