Dragon Chicken Recipe

Dragon Chicken Recipe – A homemade Indo-Chinese Cuisine

If the above picture of the Dragon Chicken Recipe is not mouthwatering, I am not sure what will. 10 minutes was its time in the plate when this was served.

The best thing about an Indo-Chinese Cuisine is the color that it brings to the table. Mind you, I am not saying its colorful, but the bright-dull red color gives you that red hot feeling that it is a spicy and tasty dish, and I believe this sense, sends a very strong signal to the stomach to prepare heavy digestive juices :-). Because there is no other reason for us to immediately feel appetite and gobble up the red colored things on the plate.

Back to the recipe – this has got all the ingredients to prepare a Chinese sauce base – here its called the Dragon Sauce that is super hot and spicy, but what is added along with it are the nuts and natural Indian Masala Items that add the required punch and flavor to the sauce. Because this is where all the taste is. The chicken, well its a chicken and we know what that is.

There are three steps to this recipe.

  • Marinating and Frying the Chicken
  • Preparing the Dragon Sauce
  • Making the Dragon Chicken

  7. Now add Fried Chicken Stripes to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
  8. Cook in low flame and wait for 2 to 3 mins - only then the chicken will combine and mix well with the sauce so that when you eat you will not have individual tastes. Once done, its time to eat ! Serve Hot and eat well !
Recipe Notes
  • Make sure the chicken is fresh. Makes a lot of difference in taste when one is fresh and one is refrigerated.
  • Do not refrigerate this dish after cooking. Doesn't work that way. Simple serve hot and eat hot.
