Dragon Chicken Recipe – A homemade Indo-Chinese Cuisine

The best thing about an Indo-Chinese Cuisine is the color that it brings to the table. Mind you, I am not saying its colorful, but the bright-dull red color gives you that red hot feeling that it is a spicy and tasty dish, and I believe this sense, sends a very strong signal to the stomach to prepare heavy digestive juices :-). Because there is no other reason for us to immediately feel appetite and gobble up the red colored things on the plate.
Back to the recipe – this has got all the ingredients to prepare a Chinese sauce base – here its called the Dragon Sauce that is super hot and spicy, but what is added along with it are the nuts and natural Indian Masala Items that add the required punch and flavor to the sauce. Because this is where all the taste is. The chicken, well its a chicken and we know what that is.
