First things first. Why the name Choco Lava Cake? Choco is straightforward, its chocolate and its universal. Its time chocolate is made a taste. We should stop calling it a flavor. Thats another topic though!

The Baking
  1. Now add/pour the mix to the cake bowl that we had set initially. Make sure to fill only to 60% of the bowl since once the cake is baked, its going to take up the rest of the space by becoming fluffy. Beat the mix thoroughly to make sure there are no bubbles. This is very important.
    Lava Cake Step 8
  2. Place the bowl inside the cooker on the wired rack . Keep the flame medium to high and cook with closed lid for 10 to 15 mins.
    Lava Cake Step 9
Finishing Touches
  1. How do you know its done? Once the 15 mins is done, look and make sure the sides of the cake are firm and the centers are soft. Now best way to do this very slightly shake the bowl to check, you will feel the lava liquid inside. Much like how you feel a yolk inside an egg!
  2. Invert on an individual plate while warm.
