Chicken Nuggets Recipe You Must Try | Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 200 g Boneless Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 no Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 piece Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (maida)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Oil (to fry)

Instructions

GRINDING THE CHICKEN

  • In a mixer grinder, add the boneless chicken, coriander leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper, lemon juice, Soy Sauce and 1 egg.
    Grind well until it is a paste.

LAYERING AND COATING

  • Take the all purpose flour in a plate, add salt and mix well.
  • Take the breadcrumbs in a separate plate and spread it.
  • Pour the remaining 1 egg into a mixing bowl and beat thoroughly.

FRYING THE CHICKEN NUGGET

  • Take the ground chicken paste and make small rectangle shape in the palm of your hand as shown.
  • Place it on the all-purpose flour and make sure the flour is covered and stuck to the chicken paste on all sides.
  • Now dip this chicken piece in the beaten egg and place it over the breadcrumbs and make sure they cover the chicken on all sides - similar to the above step.
    Now we have the chicken paste covered with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
    Do this for the remaining paste and make the chicken pieces ready to fry as shown.
  • Add oil into a pan and heat it.
    Once hot to fry, add the chicken nuggets one by one and deep fry them until they turn to a golden brown on both the sides. Make sure not to overcrowd the oil so that the nuggets get fried thoroughly.
  • Serve the chicken nuggets hot with sauce and have a satisfactory day 🙂

  • Boneless Chicken – 200g (fresh and cleaned)
  • Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tbsp (dry roasted ginger garlic powder can also be used instead)
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1.5 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Egg – 2 no.
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – from half piece
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • Oil – 1 cup (to fry)
