The inherent earthy taste of the peanut and the sweet-sour honey taste forms an unbelievable combination.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Roasted Peanut
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Take all the ingredients together. If you have raw peanut then roast it for 5 minutes, cool it and remove the skin. Else you can get fresh roasted peanut in your nearby store.

STEP 2

Move the roasted peanut to a grinder/mixer and finely grind the roasted peanut. If you are a person who loves to have a bit of crunchiness in the spread, then do not grind fine, leave it a bit coarse.

STEP 3

Add honey and peanut oil to the grounded mixture and pulse it for 3 to 4 times. This step should be followed only after grinding the roasted peanut otherwise the peanut may not get mixed well with honey and oil.
